WHAT LIFE HAS SHOWN ME
I’m 52, and I’ve been fortunate to live a very full life. Having lived in different countries, I’ve encountered different cultures, met extraordinary people and learned from traditions and approaches to wellbeing from around the world.
Life has taken me through beautiful places, luxury and abundance, as well as times that challenged me deeply. All of it has shaped who I am. For more than 20 years, my curiosity has led me to explore health, beauty, wellbeing and personal change.
Nutrition, supplements, medicinal mushrooms, hormones, Ayurveda and the doshas, movement, meditation, the nervous system, different therapies, retreats, breathwork and ayahuasca have all crossed my path.
Together, these experiences have given me a broad perspective and a practical, integrative approach. At AMARA, I bring everything I’ve learned and experienced together to help people create more energy, balance and happiness in their everyday lives.
There is one question I keep coming back to:
“What truly helps us feel good and alive?”
For me, part of the answer is keeping my inner child close. I look and feel younger than my age, and I believe the many choices I’ve made over time have played a part in that. I laugh, dance, play, fall in love, travel, try new things and make room for what brings me joy.
“Age should never take away your sense of wonder. That’s one of the secrets to staying young.”
