These terms apply to all services and products offered by AMARA, including personal guidance, private memberships and digital products such as guides and workbooks.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in advance unless agreed otherwise. The scope, duration, renewal and cancellation arrangements for private memberships are confirmed in writing before purchase.

Personal sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations are charged in full, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, this period begins when you receive them. For services and digital content, it begins when the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, email info@be-amara.com with a clear statement and your order details. We refund payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; for goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Return costs and any applicable exceptions are explained before purchase.

For digital products, the right of withdrawal ends once the download or access begins, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose this right. We provide confirmation of this consent. If you expressly request that a service starts within the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. For a fully completed service, the right ends only if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that you would lose the right once the service was fully performed.

AMARA offers guidance on lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing. Our guidance does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor before making changes if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication.

To the extent permitted by law, AMARA is not liable for indirect damage, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product concerned. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, to liability for death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

All content, guides and workbooks remain the intellectual property of AMARA or their respective rights holders and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Questions or complaints can be sent to info@be-amara.com. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply in their country of habitual residence.
